| The impetus of this project is to repoint the granite masonry joints on the North Wing of the Sayles section of the Library. There has been water intrusion that has caused interior damage at multiple locations for many years. More details are provided in the technical specifications located in Appendix D. Funding for this project is subject to approval from a potential grant fund that will be reviewed from March 15 – July 15. Therefore, the contractor must hold their prices until July 15, 2022 (zero percentage increase during this timeframe). |
