| Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHousing”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to create a roster of firms who can assist RIHousing with certain aspects of federal and state-level historic reviews, including making eligibility determinations as required by Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, for properties receiving federal and/or state funding.
