| Through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”), RIHousing seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide it with post-closing quality control (“QC”) audits that meet Federal Housing Administration (“FHA”), U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”), U.S. Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (“USDA”), Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”), Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“Freddie Mac”) and the state of Rhode Island quality control standards. Firms shall be eligible for engagement for a period of three (3) years. |
