| Request for Proposal for NSPIRE Inspections and Home Inspection
The Woonsocket Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified entities to perform inspections according to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) at Section 8 leased housing in accordance with Final Notice PIH 2023-28 Published September 29, 2023. Also, Home Inspections at potential new Low Income Public Housing applicant’s current residence.
Submission deadline: Wednesday, March 27, 2024, by 2:00 pm
