| Sealed Bids are invited on a General Contract for the construction of a new Fire Station, including site work. All Bids must be on a Lump Sum Basis, segregated bids will not be accepted. The site of the new Fire Station is 321 George Washington Highway, Smithfield, RI. All Bids must be submitted to the attention of the Purchasing Agent, Smithfield Town Hall and are due by 2:00PM on Thursday, January 19, 2023
A Non Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference for this project will be held on Monday, December 5,2022 at 10:00AM at the project site. Contractors are advised to visit the site and be completely familiar with all existing conditions as they relate to the project. All questions must be submitted by end of day Monday, December 12, 2022 and will be responded to on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.
