| Dam Repair for Gorham N. Farm Pond
The Foster Land Trust (FLT) is requesting proposals from interested contractors with demonstrated experience of working near waterbodies to repair a dam.
All bidders will be provided with detailed site packages that must be picked up at the Foster Town Hall at 181 Howard Hill Road, Foster, R.I. Monday – Thursday {0900-1600), titled “Gorham N. Farm Pond Dam.”
The site package must be reviewed prior to scheduling your required site visit with a Foster Land Trust representative. Site inspections will be conducted by appointment from Thursday, April 24 through May 27, 2025, between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.

Due Dates
Sealed bids, clearly marked “Gorham N. Farm Pond” must be dropped off at the Foster Town Hall, 181 Howard Hill Road by 12:00 p.m. on July 1, 2025
All bids must include a time schedule and completion date.
Bids will be opened at 12:00 p.m. on July 1, 2025.
Discussion and action on bids received scheduled for the Foster Land Trust meeting in July.
Requirements
Bidders must have appropriate site clearing and preparation experience and offer evidence of that experience on similar projects in the last three years when they submit their Bidder’s Qualification Statement along with their bid.

Disclaimer
Any assignment or transfer of rights under a contract awarded through an RFQ with Foster Land Trust requires approval from same.
Foster Land Trust reserves the right not to proceed with certain bid terms. All necessary permits and insurance including but not limited to liability and workers compensation policies and erosion control are the sole responsibility of the contractor. The contractor must provide a surety bond prior to start of any work related to this RFQ of not less than the cost of materials plus labor for the completion of all work described herein.
The contractor shall be in compliance with federal law and the laws of Rhode island.
