| The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services for the initial development phase of the proposed South Quay Marine Terminal (“SQMT”), a port facility situated on the northeastern bank of the Providence River. The selected proposer will be responsible for evaluating the feasibility of all aspects of the initial development phase of the project and making recommendations for the legal and financial structure of the project. |
