| As the State continues to combat and recover from the pandemic caused by COVID-19, many Rhode Island small businesses continue to face significant challenges, including those related to variants of the novel coronavirus. To support the small businesses in the state that have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation seeks proposals from eligible proposers to receive funding under the “Take it Outside” initiative (“TIO Initiative”), a state-wide effort designed to encourage and increase outdoor activities in an effort to reduce the transmission rate of COVID-19. |
