| Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHousing”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide payment processing services via multiple channels, including but not limited to IVR, monthly & bi-weekly ACH, pin less debit card. This firm should be able to send email/text messages on our behalf.
