| The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) is issuing a Request for Information from prospective on-demand and/or paratransit software vendors on how their systems improve the utilization of specialized services. Staff are interested in learning more about how the market has evolved and how platforms can enhance scheduling, manage eligibility, the co-mingling of riders (either of the same service or multiple types), how systems can integrate and report data, meet ADA compliance and legal requirements, and the ease of interfaces to ensure the best rider experience. |
