| In March 2024, the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHousing”) released a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for a pilot to support programs created in partnership between RIHousing-financed developments and healthcare organizations to co-locate or care coordinate with healthcare services to assist residents with healthcare needs. As we consider issuing another RFP round to support this pilot, we would like to gather feedback on how the next RFP could potentially be strengthened or adjusted to better meet the healthcare needs of residents living in RIHousing-financed developments.
Through this Request for Information (“RFI”) RIHousing seeks external responses and information on program design, interest, and general feedback from a range of respondents, including but not limited to, healthcare organizations, affordable housing developers, and property managers. |
