| The Town of Foster is seeking bids for heating oil for the 2022-2023 winter season for the following town buildings:
Woody Lowden 16 Howard Hill Road Police Station 183 Howard Hill Road
Town House 181 Howard Hill Road Ben Eddy Building 6 South Killingly Road
Town Hall 181 Howard Hill Road Town DPW Garage 86 Foster Center Road
The town averages approximately 7,000 (Seven thousand) gallons over a 6 (Six) month period. The Town shall have automatic delivery and there will be no Minimum purchase requirement.
The Town is seeking two choices:
1. The Town is looking for a “lock-in” price through July 1, 2023
2. The Town is also seeking a price per gallon over cost:
