| This is a Request for Proposal (Bid # 6100) for a Certified Behavioral Healthcare Clinic to serve as a community partner to the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion: Engagement & Retention (LEADER) in Treatment, a pre-prosecution diversion program to help those with substance use disorder. The goal of this RFP is to secure a qualified organization to execute the implementation of program such as this. The project is funded, in part, by the Bureau of Justice’s Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Abuse Program (COSSAP) funds. As such, associated Federal rules and regulations apply, including, but not limited to, Davis Bacon wage requirements. The project will be managed by the Woonsocket Police Department.
