| The Main Street Pocket Park project is being funded by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. The mission and goal of this project is to revive and reconstruct the Park to be a healthy, safe and active engagement space along Main Street, providing public space for all ages to enjoy. The City of Pawtucket, Rhode Island (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified design/build construction firms (“the “Contractor”) to provide services for the re-building of the City-owned Main Street Park in downtown Pawtucket. The work will involve demolition, (re)construction and landscape improvements for the Park located on the map made part of this solicitaion. Services include interaction with the landscape design and engineering firm, possible stakeholder meeting(s) of adjacent property owners, scheduling and budgeting projections, legal, permitting, cost estimating, and administration activities related to the proposed design/build project.
