| The primary goal of this RFQ is to hire a firm ( the “Consultant”) with experience and expertise working with municipalities and utilities under a delivery model for infrastructure using a Community Based Public Private Partnership (CBP3). The Consultant will be hired to incorporate and manage all of the components of LSLR to include inventorying, engineering, surveying, bid support, construction, community outreach, local contractor support, workforce development/support, financing, data/record keeping, etc. The City will administer the agreement with the Consultant and continue to be the overall approving authority of all work to be completed. |
