| The City of Pawtucket (Owner) is interested in selecting a Consultant with
Architectural/Civil/Mechanical Engineering capabilities to design and engineer
the repurposing of the existing property located at 100 Freight Street in
Pawtucket, RI to provide office space for all services and departments, to best
suit the City’s needs.
The City intends to select the Consultant through the Request for Qualifications
(RFQ) process. This process will include evaluation of materials provided to the
City in response by Respondents to this RFQ and potential interviews of the
highest rated Respondents, at the City’s request |
