| The City of Pawtucket (“DPW” or the “Owner”) is seeking the services by a material testing laboratory and special inspection firm (the Firm or Consultant) to assist the Owner with various aspects and disciplines on construction projects. The Firm shall be qualified and possess the appropriate certifications and licenses to perform the work as described in Section 4.0. The firm shall be able to review, inspect, test and document existing conditions, review project plans and engineering documents, construction materials assemblies in accordance with applicable standards, codes, and regulations. |
