| Description |
| The Police Department at The City of Pawtucket is seeking a qualified contractor to replace its current phone system with an Avaya IP Office System in each of the following locations: Pawtucket Police HQ, Pawtucket Police Substation and the Pawtucket Animal Shelter. The new system should have at least the same features and capability as its current system and be interoperable between all three (3) locations.
The successful bidder must be able to administer and program the system remotely.
The contract is for installation of the new phone system and maintenance services for three (3) years, with optional two (2) three (3) year renewals at the City’s sole discretion. |
