| This solicitation is a request for qualifications.
The City of Pawtucket, Rhode Island is soliciting proposals for professional design (and subsequent services during the design phase of the project, if so desired by the City), engineering and management services related to the initiation and implementation for a parking strategy for the area defined by the map made part of this RFQ, including but not exclusive to the Conant Thread TOD, the Downtown and the Riverfront. Said services may include data collection, community/stakeholder meetings, projections, legal, permitting, management structure, cost estimating, and administration activities related to the proposed City Parking Strategy. |
