| Installation of fully operative automatic fire sprinkler system in the Burns Building and Connector Building at the City of Pawtucket Public Library.
The City of Pawtucket’s Public Library was reported as non-compliant in 2021 for the lack of sprinklers inside the Pawtucket Public Library by the local Fire Marshal. Following a review with the Fire Safety Board of Appeal and Review, the Board granted the city with a three (3) year time variance to install an automatic sprinkler system in the Burns Building
and Connector Building. The Board’s deadline for completion of this installation ends on August 1st, 2024.
