| Description |
| The City of Pawtucket (“City”) and the Pawtucket School Department (“Schools”) are seeking a firm (the “Contractor”) to provide Insurance Brokerage and Related Services detailed in the Scope of Work.
The contract duration is for one year, starting July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024. The contract will come with two optional one-year renewals at the City’s sole discretion.
It is important for all bidders to be advised that the City and Schools will also obtain proposals from Rhode Island Interlocal Risk Management Trust (“The Trust”) and WB Community Health (the “WB”)) whose potential recruitment is exempted from the requirement of competitive bidding. The proposals from The Trust and WB will be evaluated together with the proposals from all bidders in response of the RFP using the same set of criteria.
