| The Town of Warren is requesting sealed bids for the Warren ERP/Financial Management System, in accordance with all terms and specifications contained herein. Sealed proposals will be received at the Town Clerk's Office, Town Hall, 514 Main St., Warren, RI, until:
All Bids received will be officially opened at this time at the Town Hall
Proposals/Bids (1 original and 1 copy) must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Town Clerk's Office, Town Hall, 514 Main St., Warren, RI 02885, and must be plainly marked in the upper left-hand corner, "Warren ERP/Financial Management System - ".
The Town of Warren reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept and award the bid to the lowest qualified bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town of Warren.
Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Town Clerk at (401)-253-7340 three business days prior to the bid opening. |
