| The Town of Cumberland is requesting qualifications for consulting services to prepare a National Register of Historic Places (National Register) nomination for Grant’s Mill (ca. 1818). This project is jointly sponsored by the Town of Cumberland (Town) and the Rhode Island Historical Preservation and Heritage Commission (RIHPHC). Funds for the project are made available by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service, under a Certified Local Government grant administered by the RIHPHC. A total of $13,000 is available for this project.
