| Description |
| The Town of Cumberland (Town) requests proposals from qualified consultants and consulting firms for the performance of a Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan that will account for all of the Town-owned facilities, activities, programs, and services. The goal of the self-evaluation would be to complete a comprehensive plan that will comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), including modifications made by the ADA Amendments Act of 2008. The Town intends to enter into a contract for professional services with an experienced and qualified consultant (Consultant) whose project team is capable of providing these services.
