| Quonset Development Corporation is soliciting qualified contractors to provide site work and site utilities for RI Fast Ferry. The work includes the loading transport placement and compaction of soil provided by Quonset Development Corporation(QDC). The work includes the placement of a top layer of engineered fill which will not be supplied by QDC. The work includes the installation of utilities, water, drainage, sewer, electric and communications. The work also includes paving, striping, sidewalks, curbing, and site lighting. Miscellaneous items include fencing, railroad crossing warning devices, landscaping, a propane tank, a sewer pump station, an entrance gate and guard booth with security camera and an elevated platform for the electrical transformer.
