| The Town of Cumberland will accept sealed bids clearly marked “Building Demolition– 21 Bryant Street” at the Town of Cumberland Mayor Office, Cumberland Town Hall, 45 Broad Street, Cumberland, RI 02864 until 10:00 AM on Monday, June 26, 2023, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud publicly in the Town Council Chambers.
Please refer to the formal Invitation to Bid and the Bidding Documents and Contract Specifications for other bid specific information and requirements. These documents may be obtained at the Town of Cumberland Mayor Office during normal working hours beginning on Monday, June 5, 2023 and will also be posted on the Town website at www.cumberlandri.org, and the RI State Purchasing website at www.purchasing.ri.gov
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 21 Bryant Street, Cumberland, RI on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 10:00 AM.
