The Town of Warren is seeking bids for an indoor/outdoor movie cinema package for the Parks & Recreation Department. The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify one or more bidders with whom the Town might retain to purchase this equipment.
Specifications are available in the Warren Town Clerk's Office or online at www.townofwarrenri.gov.
Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Indoor/Outdoor Movie Cinema Package” to the Town Clerk’s Office, 1st Floor, 514 Main Street Warren RI 02885, no later than 11:00 am on Friday, July 12th, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened publicly.
The Town of Warren reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive any informality and accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the Town.
