RFQ No. 2026-01 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS / PROPOSALS (RFQ/RFP) Architectural/Engineering Professional Design Services New Public Safety Complex Firms responding to the RFQ should submit a sealed proposal including: one (1) signed original and ten (10) printed copies along with an electronic version on a flash drive to: Town of West Greenwich c/o Greg Coutcher, 280 Victory Highway, West Greenwich RI 02817. All proposals must be in HARD COPY format and be received no later than 10:00AM on Friday, December 4, 2026. Submissions/bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on Friday December 4, 2026. Tentative award date is Friday, January 15, 2027. The Town of West Greenwich reserves the right to waive any defect in any proposal and reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals or any part thereof. Proposals, amendments to or withdrawals of proposals received after the time set for the receipt of proposals will not be considered. All proposals are subject to and must comply with the equal opportunity and non-discriminatory provisions set forth in the Affirmative Action Policies of the Town of West Greenwich.
