| Description |
| The Rhode Island Convention Center Authority (the “Authority) is seeking proposals from
qualified Construction Management firms for Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) services
for the Rhode Island Convention Center (“RICC”) Garage Repairs. Other ancillary projects
within the complex may be added to the CM’s scope of work if the Authority deems it to be in its
best interest. The Rhode Island Convention Center will remain open and operational throughout
the duration of this project.
