Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHousing”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to engage one or more qualified firms or individual professionals to serve as RIHousing’s administrative hearing officer(s). The hearing officer(s) will preside at informal hearings related to an Owner’s decision not to admit an applicant to their PBCA project-based voucher development. INSTRUCTIONS Proposals must be submitted via email to Hope Lanphear at hlanphear@rihousing.com no later than the response submission deadline set forth above.
