| The Project involves site preparation activities to ready the site for future phases of work to be conducted by both the City of Pawtucket and private parties. Work for this contract includes clearing and grubbing, demolition, erosion and sediment controls, grading, restoration, installation of drainage utilities, and remediation of lead impacted soils.
