The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (“RIPTA”) is seeking proposals for a firm to act as an Independent Investment Advisor (“Advisor”) on the investment of RIPTA’s pension funds. Note: This is not a request for a proposal to manage RIPTA’s pension assets or to administer its pension plans. Instead, it is a request for an independent firm to advise RIPTA on the management of its pension assets by a third party investment firm.
