| The RI Lottery is soliciting proposals from qualified independent vendors to administer the Problem Gambling Helpline to assist those individuals who may have, or may know someone who has, a gambling problem. PLEASE SEE IMPORTANT DATES BELOW:

2) Written Questions Due – November 2, 2026
3) Responses to Questions Due – November 9, 2026
4) Proposals Due – November 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM (ET)
5) Proposal Opening - November 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM (ET)
6) Anticipated Award Date – No later than December 14, 2026
