| The City of Pawtucket is advancing the relocation of City Hall administrative offices and municipal operations to its city-owned facility at 100 Freight Street, Pawtucket. To accelerate occupancy, the project has been divided into two phases. Phase One has been completed and is fully operational within the building's east wing.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is limited to Phase Two, which includes the build-out of the remaining first-floor area totaling approximately 42,000 gross square feet. |
