| The Town of Warren is issuing this Request for Proposals for Snow Removal to solicit responses from qualified contractors (Respondents’) to provide labor, tools, equipment and vehicles for the removal of snow. Respondents will be competing against each other for selection to provide the services set forth herein (Services’). The submissions of all Respondents shall be compared and evaluated pursuant to the criteria set forth in this RFP, and a single Respondent may be selected.
Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Warren, Rhode Island, in the office of the Town Clerk, 514 Main Street, until 11:00 am on Monday, October 26, 2026, after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Town Clerks Office, 1st Floor of the Town Hall Building (514 Main Street, Warren, RI).
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive formalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the Town.
