The Town of Warren, through the Warren Parks and Recreation Department, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the design, furnishing, installation, testing, and commissioning of a complete LED athletic field lighting system at the Town’s athletic complex.
The project includes lighting one (1) primary athletic field and five (5) practice fields, together with all associated infrastructure, controls, public-use activation systems, and electrical improvements.
The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permitting, supervision, testing, commissioning, and services necessary to deliver a complete, operational, and fully warranted athletic field lighting system.

Sealed bids for ATHLETIC FIELD LIGHTING installation be received by the Town of Warren, Rhode Island, in the office of the Town Clerk, 514 Main Street, until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday June 25, 2026, after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Town Clerks Office, 1st Floor of the Town Hall Building (514 Main Street, Warren, RI).
The Town of Warren reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality and accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the Town.
