| The Town of Warren is seeking bids for Concession Rights to Burr’s Hill Park, Town Beach, Veteran’s Field, Jamiel Park, and Warren Recreation Park. No concession after 5:00 pm at Veteran’s Field during the summer soccer season (July 6 - July 31) Monday - Friday. Minimum Bid: $710. MUST sell ice cream/ice cream novelties and slush. Must also work with the Parks and Recreation Director.
Concession rights do not extend to permitted/scheduled events that outside vendors/peddlers are invited to participate in.
Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “CONCESSION RIGHTS” to the Town Clerk’s Office, 514 Main Street, Warren, RI 02885, no later than 11:00 am on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened publicly.
