| General Contractors are invited to submit a sealed lump sum bid proposal for the above referenced project in accordance with the requirements of the Bidding Documents dated April 9th, 2026 and the following instructions.
The Awarding Authority will receive bids until 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, April 30th, 2026, at the Office of the Mayor, Cumberland Town Hall, 45 Broad Street, Cumberland RI, 02864. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud in the Town Council Chambers after the specified bid closing time. Interested parties are invited to attend.
Bid proposal is to be submitted in duplicate on the attached Bid Form in a sealed envelope addressed to Sarah King clearly marked with the project name.
Refer to "Instructions to Bidders" of the Bid Documents for additional bidding requirements.
The Owner will hold a non-mandatory pre-bid conference at the site on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 2:00 P.M.
