| Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHousing”) seeks proposals from qualified radon testing service providers to create a roster of firms who can perform radon testing for homeowners who are scheduled to receive HUD-funded lead remediation through RIHousing’s LeadSafe Homes Program. All work must comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations, including applicable building codes. Vendors would be engaged on an as-needed basis.
