| Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHousing”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide in-person education, packing guidance, and relocation assistance to participants in RIHousing’s LeadSafe Homes Program. The LeadSafe Homes Program serves low-income families by addressing lead-based paint hazards and other housing-related health and safety hazards.
