| Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHousing”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to create a roster of firms who can provide analytical services from laboratories accredited through the Environmental Lead Laboratory Accreditation Program (“ELLAP”) under the EPA’s National Lead Laboratory Accreditation Program (“NLLAP”).
