| Qualification statements are hereby solicited by the Town of Cumberland from companies with installation/construction expertise in the removal and installation of hot mix asphalt and cement concrete sidewalks and installing, resetting, and removing granite curbing within existing roadways including ADA-compliant ramps. Specifications may be downloaded from the Town’s website https://www.cumberlandri.org/bids
Three (3) copies of statements should be sent in one (1) sealed envelope to Cumberland Town Hall, Mayor’s Office, Attn: Sarah King, 45 Broad Street, Cumberland, RI 02864 no later than MONDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2024 AT 10AM. The RFQ will be publicly recorded. Any RFQ received with a time of 10:01 AM or later will be rejected. The outside envelope needs to be marked 2024-1216-03: TOWNWIDE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS.
Firms deemed qualified by the Town after reviewing the qualification statements submitted in accordance with this RFQ will be approved for an on-call list for a period of one year in accordance with American Rescue Plan Act expenditure requirements. Firms may be asked to submit per-unit pricing. Prevailing Wage requirements apply to this project. |
