| Sealed bids clearly marked – “Audit and Agreed Upon Procedures Services for Fiscal Years 2024-2026” will be received at the Office of the Mayor, 45 Broad Street, Cumberland, Rhode Island 02864 until July 19th, 2024 at 10:30 AM. At this time the sealed bids will be opened publicly in the Town Council Chambers, 45 Broad Street, Cumberland, RI 02864.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening thereof without permission of the Finance Director. Please include five (5) copies of your bid proposal.
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in the bidding, or accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
